Dihydro streptomycin ( sulfate ) + Penicillin G ( procain ) +Nafcillin ( sodium )

Intramammary sterile infusion for drying cow

Pharmaceutical composition: Each 10 g syringe contains:
Penicillin G procain 300/000 I.U.
Dihydrostreptomycin ( sulfate ) 100 mg
Nafcillin ( sodium ) 100 mg
– Oily base q.s. 10 g

Pharmaceutical specifications: The antibiotic combination of dihydro streptomycin and penicillin demonstrated a synergistic effect. Naficillin is a semi-synthetic antibiotic related to penicillin. It is a beta-lactamase-resistant penicillin that is indicated for the treatment of Staphylococcal infections caused by strains that are resistant to other penicillins

• Target species: : Cattle

• Indication: Prevention & Treatment of mastitis during the dry period in the dairy cow caused by the following dihydrostreptomycin,penicillin ,and nafcillin sensitive organisms

Method and dosage:

• Shake well before. Content of one syringe should be instilled gently into the teat of each quarter, immediately after the last milking. Usually, one injection is enough. Before instillation, the udder should be milked out completely and the should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Disperse the product by gentle massage of the teat and udder. The syringe must only be used once.

• For Veterinary Use Only
• Hypersensitirity to penicillins should be considered.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Withdrawal period:

• Milk:4 days (after calving)

• Storage:

• Keep in below 25 °C and protect from sunlight and freezing.

• Packaging:

• 30 ×10 g intramammary syringes
• 45 × 3 g intramammary syringes
