Intramammary sterile infusion for lactating cows

Pharmaceutical composition: Each 10 g syringe contains:
-Penicillin G (procaine ) 100000 I.U.
– Dihydrostreptomycin( sulfate) 100 mg
– Neomycin (sulfate ) 100 mg
– Prednisolone (acetate ) 10 mg
Oily base q.s. 10 g

Pharmaceutical specifications: It is used to treat acute and subacute mastitis caused by bacterial infections in lactating cows. It is effective on gram positive and negative bacteria. 3 Antibiotics in this product make a broad and powerful combination that reduces inflammation of the mastitis, along with prednisolone.

• Target species: : Cattle

• Indication: Treatment of mastitis in lactating cow.

Method and dosage:

• Infuse the content of one injector in to each infected quarter immediately after stripping the udder and cleaning the teat. Before injection, the breast should be completely drained of milk, then the entire contents of a syringe should be injected into the affected area through the milk duct. For each cartier, a maximum of 3 injections should be performed at an interval of 12 hours. In order to better absorb the medicine, after injection, massage the breast from bottom to top. Shake the syringe before use.

Precautions:

• For Veterinary Use Only
• Hypersensitivity to Penicilline and Aminoglycosides should be considered.
• Do not use in dry period.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Withdrawal period:

• Milk: 108 hours (4.5 days) Meat: 7 days

• Keep in below 25 °C and protect from direct sunlight and freezing.
