Steril Ophthalmic Ointment

• Composition: Each 5 g contains: Erythromycin 25 mg

Pharmaceutical specifications: Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic, which inhibits protein synthesis in bacteria by reversible binding to the s50 position.

• Target species:: Dog, Cat

• Indication: For the treatment of superficial ocular infections involving the conjunctiva and/or cornea caused by chlamydia and mycoplasma bacterial infections in cat and dog. It is not effective for viral or fungal eye infection.

Method and dosage:

• Turn the lower eyelid and empty a sufficient amount of eye ointment in the form of a thin layer, evenly and slowly into the lower conjunctival sac and gently massage the eye.
• Apply daily 2 times for 3-5 consecutive days with the veterinarian’s advice.

Precautions:

• For Veterinary Use Only
• For external use only
• Wash your hands with soap and water before use.
• Avoid contact of the tip of the medicine tube with the eyes and surrounding areas.
• Consumption in pregnant animals is allowed.
• Do not use in case of allergy to erythromycin.
• Consumption is allowed with the prescription of a veterinarian.
• One month after opening the lid of the tube, the medicine cannot be used.
• Keep out of reach of children.
