Product Description

• • Composition:Each 10 g syringe contains:
  – Amoxicillin (trihydrate) 62.5 mg
  – Oily base q.s. 10 g
  
• Pharmaceutical specifications:آموکسی سیلین در دسته داروهای ضد میکروبی بتالاکتام قرار دارد. Beta-lactams act by binding to penicillin-binding proteins (PBP) that inhibit a process called transpeptidation (the cross-linking process in cell wall synthesis), leading to activation of autolytic enzymes in the bacterial cell wall. This process leads to lysis of the cell wall, thus destroying the bacterial cell.This type of activity is referred to as bactericidal killing

• Target species: : Cattle

Indications:Amoxcalmo is indicated in the treatment of subclinical infectious bovine mastitis in lactating cows due to Streptococcus agalactiae and penicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus

Method and dosage:

• Shake well before use.
• The infected cartier should be washed and disinfected with warm water containing a suitable disinfectant, then dried completely. Shake the syringe before use. Clean the head of each pacifier with a separate alcohol pad. The contents of each syringe should be injected into the affected area through the milk duct. . For each cartier, a maximum of 3 injections should be performed at an interval of 12 hours. Massage the quarter to distribute the product in to the milk cistern. It would help the absorption of the medicine

Precautions:

• Do not use in dry period.
• For Veterinary Use Only
• Hypersensitivity to β-lactamase antibiotics should be considered.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Withdrawal period:

• Milk: 60 hours (2.5 days) , Meat: 12 days

• Storage:

• Keep in below 25 °C and protect from direct sunlight and freezing.

• Packaging:

• 30 ×10 g intramammary syringes
