Laxative – anti-flatulent

Pharmaceutical composition:Each ml contains: 100% w/w paraffin USP, BP

target animal: Horse, cow, sheep, goat, dog and cat

• Indications: Treatment of constipation in various species of animals, specially sand-colic in horses Treatment of meconium retention in new born by rectal administration Treatment of bloat in ruminants:
Laxalin reduces the surface tension of rumen contents and is used as an anti-flatulent in the treatment of flatulence in ruminants.
This medicine is administered rectally in cases of fecal accumulation at the end of the large intestine and meconium excretion disorder in babies.

Method and dosage:

• Horses and cows: 1-4 liters, edible
• Calves & foals: 60-120 ml oral, 50-60 ml rectal ( for the defecation of meconium )
• Sheep & goat: 100-500 ml oral
• Dogs: 2-60 ml oral
• Cats: 2-10 ml, oral
• If repeated treatment is required, use 1/2-1/3 of the recommended dosage, 2-3 times daily

Prohibited usage:

• None

Precautions:

• For Veterinary Use Only
• In long-term use it may cause alimentary tract disturbances such as nutrients malabsorption. Taking too much medicine may cause disturbances in the absorption of nutrients.
• In order to prevent the occurrence of inhalation pneumonia, it is better to take the drug through a stomach tube.
